Close Loop Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine

In this type of machines Job Handling system consists of Close Loop overhead Monorail I-beam type Conveyor with manual/ motorized Push-Pull trolley mounted hangers.This Monorail overhead conveyor consists of 4/6 (as per requiremnt) No’s of Manual Push-Pull Trolleys which holds Spinner hangers Hooks.
The components to be blasted are loaded on these trolley mounted hanger and one by one manually taken inside the Blast cabinet and then door of the machine is closed. After this, Blast wheel units which are strategically placed on the Blast cabinet are started. Blast wheels will fire the abrasive at high velocity on the components hanged on the hangers and rotating in clockwise and Anti-clockwise direction and blast cleans them thoroughly. Bi-directional rotational mechanism of hanger ensures that each and every portion of the component will get exposed to the blast stream for through cleaning. After the required blasting cycle, blast wheel unit shuts off and door of the machine is opened and the trolley containing the blasted components is taken out and at the same time another trolley containing components on close loop I-track moves in for blasting purpose. The machine is designed for continuous duty operation.
** Machine comes with 2/4/6/8/10/12 Wheel (i.e. Rotor) Options, selection mainly depends upon the Component size, Production Output & surfaces to be blasted.
