BLAST ROOM WITH RECESSED HOPPER TYPE OF MEDIA RECOVERY | ADL BLASTEK INDUSTRIES

Blast Room System :

In Industry there are many critical components available which cannot be blast in automatic machines due to the restriction of their geometry, size, or Production output. These types of components are shot blasted in a closed Room, which is equipped with a media recovery system, a Dust Collector and a Portable Abrasive Blaster.

Blast Room systems are generally MS Fabricated, provided with undermentioned accessories or Parts-
1- MS Fabricated Room Enclosure
2- Rubber lining inside the enclosure for protection against abrasive media.
3- Main Door in 2/4 Leaves for Job Entry & Exit. (At one side or Both Side)
4- Illumination for the visibility of the operator for performing blasting operation.
5- Media Recovery System, for recycling of the fired abrasive media.
6- Bucket Elevator System for transferring the Media from Recovery system to Media Sepration Unit.
7- Abrasive Media Separation/cleaning Unit.
8- Portable Abrasive Blaster for performing blasting operation.
9- Operator’s Safety Wear, for protection of the operator from abrasive media during operation.
10- Dust Collector for collecting the dust produced during shot blasting operation. 

Recessed Hopper Type of Media Recovery System (Manual Recovery System) : 

In this type of abrasive recovery systems, a recovery hopper is provided at one corner of the Blast Room along with the bucket elevator unit. After desired blasting operation, for recycling of the media operator has to manually swipe the media from floor level to the recovery hopper. From this hopper media will automatically transfer to the Portable abrasive blaster.
